About our services

Sai Automates provides automation and integration services for small businesses. We build workflows using third party tools and custom code. A solution proposal is provided free of charge and carries no obligation to proceed. Paid work begins only once scope and price are agreed with you.

Proposals and quotes

A proposal describes a suggested approach and an estimated cost. Software costs quoted are estimates and depend on the third party platforms you use and your usage volume. Final scope and price are set out in the agreement for each engagement before work starts.

Third party tools

Our work often connects tools and platforms provided by other companies, such as email, spreadsheet, accounting, and automation services. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing decisions made by those providers.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the access needed for us to do the work. You are responsible for holding valid accounts and licences for the tools involved, and for making sure the automations we build are used in line with the law and with the terms of those tools.

Intellectual property

Once an engagement is paid in full, the workflows and documentation we build for you are yours to use. We may reuse general methods, know-how, and non-confidential components in other work. Content on this website remains the property of Sai Automates.

Liability

We take care to build reliable systems, but automation depends on third party tools we do not control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with the website or our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant engagement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the courts of that state having jurisdiction.
